Nowadays there is a sudden rise in the number of parlor and salons. But earlier people used to do their beauty treatments at home only. One does not have enough money to visit the salon to get hair care treatments done. So instead of visiting your nearest salon use some natural hair care remedies which would help you to obtain natural beautiful hair.

Vinegar mixed in warm water also makes nice conditioner for hair. This will add bounce to your hair and will give it a look full of life.
Mixture of egg white, 2 teaspoons of castor oil, 1 tsp of glycerin can be applied on hair and scalp. It should be kept for some time and then rinsed off.
Make a paste of besan and apply it on your hair, keep it for an hour and then wash it with the water drained from cooked rice. After some time, rinse well with a mild shampoo.
It is great to massage castor oil in the hair as it helps in speedy hair growth.
Washing hair with tea liquor once a week conditions the hair and leaves it shining.
Camphor mixed in coconut is also a great remedy to combat dandruff.
Use of curd before shampoo can be beneficial as it acts as a moisturizer to your hair. Apply the yoghurt for an hour and then use a mild shampoo to wash it off. And see how your hair gets a new lease of life.
Use of diluted lemon juice can help in the reduction of dandruff.
Do not shampoo your hair everyday it will make your hair rough and dry. Thrice every week is ideal for shampooing your hair.
When blow drying your hair use your fingers to untangle the knots before using your comb.
For graying hair you can use a solution of gooseberry which should be boiled in four cups of water. Add a pinch of sugar and continue boiling it. Make the mixture so that the quantity is equal to one cup. Then add two cups of mehandi, lemon juice, and egg along with gooseberry solution. Apply this mixture on hair and then wash it after two hours.
For healthy and shining hair you can condition your hair with beer, curd, and egg.
A very important tip for controlling hair loss and thinning is to boil a few hibiscus flowers and coconut oil and then with the filtered water wash your hair.
Trim your hair every two months to get rid of split ends so that your hair grows long and strong.
Go for scalp massages as it induces blood circulation which helps in hair growth.

go to Sally's and get cholesterol it's in many different forms and very inexpensive. apply and rinse works very well. also try to wash it every other day and let your natural oils work their magic.

Dont worry try this hair exercise for your dull hair.

How to speed up hair growth?

I recently tried giving my hair bangs and cut a little too far horizontally. It almost turned out perfect until i cut too much-_- so any tips on growing hair? Last time i cut my hair by myself i wore it in a loose bun everyday for about a month and it grew a few inches. So im going to try that again (as horrible as i look) but are there any other tips?

This question is all over the place. LOL. I've been wanting my hair to grow fast too.
1. Be patient, even if it grows fast, it will take time
2. when you see split ends, get a trim
3. Try avoiding heat products. When going in the sun, wear a hat, heat protector oil, or sunscreen in your hair. If you must use heat products on your hair, use head protector oil.
4. I would recommend growth oil. It is not expensive and is very effective
5. Deep condition your hair once a week
6. Leave in condition your hair at least once a week
7. Use hair products suitable for your hair type and avoid laurel sulfate
8. Don't brush your hair too much
9. use a wide teeth comb when dealing with wet hair
10. don't over brush your hair is will cause hair loss
11. Wear your hair loose most of the time and maybe put it up sometimes but make it loose so you don't cause hair loss
12. wash your hair 3-4 times a week
13. drink lots of water
14. eat well
15. 2-3 times a day flip your head upside down for 3-4 minutes so the blood can circulate
16. give yourself a scalp massage
17. use hot oil treatments
18. when using hot oil, growth oil, shampoo, and conditioner, really clean the scalp as it well help get rid of dead skin cells which get in the way of hair growth
19. using honey mixed with egg yolk is supposed to help with your hair (I have never tried it)

Good luck :)

How to get back my old texture after straightening?

That happened to my hair when I moved to Florida but when I moved back to Iceland this is what I did.

Step 1: Put hair up in even pigtails
Step 2: Straighten each pigtail slowly
Step 3: Take the pigtails out
Step 4: Brush hair
Step 5: Straighten each piece that is still a little wavy or curly.

But make sure you put on heat protection!
Good luck :) takes about 10-15 minutes

I have done re bonding twice and smoothening twice with timespan of every 1 yr. again i dint want to go for either smoothing or re bonding. Naturally my hair texture little curly but rough. Either i want my natural hair texture back or is there any other thing i can do to look my hair silk and soft. i have heavy hairfall also. right now my texture is half curl and half straight which doesnt look good at all. Please suggest me some advices?

Cut your hair which suits for curl hair..and maintain it forever

Can u suggest me a face wash (India)...?

I wan a facewash, which makes my skin blonde (not black)......
    Thanx in advance.......

    Ponds pure white foaming cleanser
Avon Rose foaming cleanser is good

I don't think there is a face wash that can really do that. If you want to lighten your skin try laser treatments. I think you will be a lot more happy with the results rather than wasting a bunch of money on face washes and creams that don't really work.

Which is the best medical shampoo to clean all of dandruff parmanent...?

I find the Selsun brand works (though it doesn't smell nice). Combing your hair carefully also helps remove dandruff and applying a small amount of oil to your hair and scalp (olive oil or almond oil work). I haven't had much success with Head and Shoulders brand.

Himalaya's shampoo are best medical shampoo.

    Oriflame is good

    head and shoulder

mid back pain or any kind of back pain should really be checked out by a doctor, the problem with back problems is there could be numerous causes from muscle cramps, general aches or full blown denerative disc disease. This is the reason seeing your doctor is a must. If you are above 40 years old then degenerative disc disease may be the problem.

    Source(s):

When there are posture problems it's caused by the muscles that were designed to keep the body erect. When there are back pains they are also caused by the muscles which are getting pinched in some form to cause the pain. For these problems to be happening the muscles are tightening up which can pull the spine out of it's normal growing area and is putting the pressure on the muscles to cause the pain. To get rid of the pains and problems she has to free up her back muscles to release the tightness that is doing the pulling and causing the pain and here's how to free them up:
    Back:
(do while sitting on a chair)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front, and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm as straight as possible. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, then release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed. She may have to repeat this a few times to get the maximum benefit from it but it's going to help her manage the pain better.

Do I have a migraine headache?

Migraine symptoms are not restricted to nausea, vomiting, an aura, pulsating or throbbing pain. You could very well have a migraine. That being said, try taking some advil to soothe the pain but from the sounds of the location of the migraine, you probably have a lot of neck and upper back tightness which can easily be resolved by seeing a chiropractor.

It will be good for you to consult your doctor. guessing is bad in terms of health

Tooth bleeding while tooth brush daily?

Your gums are not supposed to bleed when you brush or floss. Bleeding when brushing or flossing indicates the presence of gingivitis - which is caused by plaque bacteria.

You should see your dentist, and get checked, and get your teeth cleaned professionally. But this is what you should be doing at home to clear up the problem:

You need to make sure you are brushing effectively. You use a SOFT toothbrush only, and aim it at the gumline at a 45 degree angle. Make sure some of the bristles get into the crevice between the tooth and gum. Use little vibratory strokes, and then sweep the brush up toward the biting surface. Go around your whole mouth like this - don't forget the tongue side of the teeth. Don't scrub back and forth - except on the biting surface of the back teeth. Brush at least twice a day - after breakfast and before bed.

Flossing: Take a length of floss and wrap it around your 2 middle fingers. Hold about a 2" piece tight between your forefingers and thumbs. Insert the floss gently against a tooth side, then curve your hands so that the floss is making a letter "C" shape against the tooth. Keeping the floss always in contact with the tooth, move it up and down, making sure you GENTLY floss under the gumline.

To move to the adjacent tooth, bring the floss up and OVER the little pink triangle of gum, slide to a fresh section of floss, and bring it against the next tooth surface, and repeat. You should never snap the floss down hard, and never "saw" back and forth.

Continue around your whole mouth like this. When you get to the back teeth, it's going to be very hard to curve the floss - but that's ok, just do the best you can. If you ever feel like it's going to get stuck in the contact or shred, then just pull it through, like you'd pull thread through a needle eye.

Brushing at least twice a day, and flossing once, using these techniques will usually clear up gingivitis. The best time to concentrate your efforts is before bed, so that you go to sleep with a clean mouth. The bleeding should stop within 2 weeks.

It is also advisable to take a good multivitamin daily, along with an additional 500 mgs of vitamin C. This will aid in the healing of the gums.

I am enclosing 2 links for you that describe these techniques very clearly - one for brushing, the other for flossing.

    Hope this helped!~

It is never normal to have gums that bleed and, in fact, bleeding gums can be a sign of gum disease. You should visit your dentist to make sure you don’t have periodontitis (another name for gum disease), and make sure you are practicing good oral hygiene at home—brushing twice a day, flossing and regularly seeing your dentist. Gum disease can lead to pain, infection, loss of gums, loss of bone and eventual loss of teeth. It has also been associated with serious secondary health concerns such as heart disease, stroke and some cancers.

If you do have gum disease, you should seek treatment right away to avoid any further complications. There is a treatment for periodontitis that doesn’t require a cut-and-sew surgery. It’s called the LANAP® protocol, and it’s a laser-based, patient-friendly way to treat gum disease. You can learn more this treatment, gum disease and its risks and signs here: http://www.facebook.com/FightGumDisease

You need to use a soft bristle brush for your teeth, and you don't need to brush that hard. You also need to floss, and get right in there with it to clean between your teeth and toughen the skin. You wouldn't need a doctor, but a dentist.

most likely ur gums are swollen.
this occurs when there are deposits between ur teeth and gums also called tartar or calculus
go to dentist and get scaling {cleaning} done. this will remove debris after some days inflammation of gums will subside and they won't bleed again but be careful afterwards to clean ur teeth so that this does not happen again

Check with your dentist on periodontal disease. Have them chart your mouth properly and get a deep cleaning if needed. Periodontal diseases are also associated with hart diseases, diabetes and so on.

You should see a dentist to see what is causing it. It could be you are brushing too hard or with a hard bristle toothbrush. Are you flossing daily? Maybe you have some gingivitis.

Can garlic preserved in vinegar still work for blood pressure?

Eating garlic regularly reduces the risk of esophageal, stomach, and colon cancer and is good for control of blood pressure, too.
You can preserve it in vinegar, just add a little salt for taste, add finely cut fresh green chillies with it.It will taste good with your meals.

Prudent to go in for time-tested and the best allopathic medication only; so that we can prevent heart attacks, paralysis for decades together. Why allopathic medication only?

    Miracles of Allopathy—
    1. Allopathy made outstanding improvements in cancer research and investigations.
    2. Small pox, Malaria and Polio are almost eradicated all over the globe; thereby enabled economic progress of billions of people all over the globe.
    3. Under certain given circumstances, an allopath can as well make Lord Yamaha to return empty handed by saving the human life in thousands of cases.
    4. All emergencies, trauma care, prenatal care, post delivery complications, cardiac care, interventional and surgical procedures we have no match to Allopathy.
    5. An allopath takes the maximum and unlimited risk in saving the human life; notwithstanding the seriousness of emergency situation. When the question of ‘death’ comes, it is the God, who decides. Hence, an allopath may fail in certain cases.
    6. Infant mortality has come down steeply and longevity increased from 32 years [1948] to 63+ [2012]. The no. of paralysis cases has come down, by virtue of outstanding improvements in cardiac care.
    7. Normally ‘no diet restrictions’.
    8. By virtue of allopathic medications in controlling Blood Pressure issues, now-a-days, we have least no. paralysis cases, compared to the past.

It is an evidence based line of approach.
Investigations--X-ray, CT scanning, MRI, PET scanning and biopsy, etc., ---- can catch & identify a cyst, tumor [benign as well as malignant] in no time, even @ early stages. Radio-therapy, Chemo-therapy, Interventional and Surgical procedures are instrumental in prolonging the human life by postponing the death also by a decade or two. I have seen many patients living for decades after Surgery, Mastectomy, Heart/Kidney Transplants, Dialysis, etc.

    How to over come anxiety?

i think i maybe be having chest pain anxiety . how do i overcome that?
Here are 12 tips for overcoming anxiety, or at least alleviating it:

    1. Lack of control over your thoughts, strengthens your anxiety. As negative thoughts get stronger, your anxiety gets stronger too. You need to learn to control your thoughts.

    2. Feelings and emotions fuel and strengthen anxiety. You need to develop some self discipline, and learn to have control over your feelings. You also need to develop some degree of emotional detachment.

3.When you go to bed at night, and first thing when you wake up in the morning, think about the good things that are happening to you. There are always some good things happening, even if small and insignificant.

    4. Start the day with several minutes of positive affirmations. Tell yourself how would like your day to be. Use positive, cheering and motivating words.

    5. Be busy and do something, since activity keeps your mind off your anxiety. When you wake up in the morning, start doing something right away, and keep busy all day. Cleaning the house, washing the dishes or working in your garden, reading, studying, meditating, or exercising your body can help you keep your mind away from anxiety. Staying idle, and thinking about your problems and worries won't make them go away.

    6. Set a goal and work everyday to achieve it. This action will direct your thoughts and feelings away from worries and anxieties, toward something more positive and constructive.

    7. Talk about your anxieties to someone you trust. Talking about your anxieties and feelings can alleviate them, and put them in the right proportions, provided you talk objectively, and with a real desire to get rid of your anxiety, or at least reduce its intensity.

    8. Exercising your body and staying fit, is a good way to keep fears and anxieties away. You can walk, swim, do yoga, aerobics, or any other sport.

    9. Find reasons to laugh. This will bring light and happiness into your life, and drive anxiety away. Watch comedies on TV, be with happy and amusing friends, or read something that makes you laugh.

    10. Use positive words in your conversation and in your inner talk.

    11. Affirm and visualize positive situations and events. Visualize a happy and positive solution to your problems.

    12. If watching the news fills you with anxiety - turn off the TV! Limit the time you watch the news, and don't watch anything that might upset you, before you go to bed.

God bless you and Good luck

his is from an article that answers your question exactly, hope it helps:

"What Does Chest-Pain Caused by Anxiety Feel like?
Chest pain from anxiety is usually located over the heart and described as sharp pain. The pain usually increases when you breathe, but it doesn’t tend to continue more than a few minutes. If you pressure the area the pain gets worse (that is a major difference from heart related chest pain). It is usually accompanied with palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness and tingling in hands and feet.

I can tell you right now that this chest pain is probably not a heart problem (though it’s highly recommended to get checked by a doctor!). Dozens of people I know rushed over to the hospital convinced that they are having a heart attack but it turned out to be anxiety disorder.

What Causes Chest Pain During Anxiety Attacks?

When an anxiety attack begins, the body feels that it’s in a state of danger and produces adrenaline. Adrenaline gives you “a boost” of energy that you are supposed to use for escaping “the danger”. It speeds the heart rate and causes muscles to contract. That’s causes the chest pain. It can also be caused by the release of stomach acids and indigestion.
