How to Lose weight?! Please help?

Are there any tips on a good diet to reduce weight? Like some food suggestions? Or water consumption and all?

In case u wanna be rich what you should do? One way is to curtail your expenditure and enhance your income.
More or less the same principal is involved for loosing weight.
What we eat is converted into calories and it gives energy to the body to work. Un-spent calories get converted into fats and body retains it.
So for loosing weight, reduce the intake of calories and ensure that you burn calories by observing an active life or alternatively you may indulge in excess physical exercise starting from walking to jogging.
When you reduce intake of excess calorie body will crib and you will be tempted to go for food items having excess calorie. Control this urge.
At the same time when you indulge in excess physical exercise, body will send negative signals and you may be feeling week, guidy etc.
Be prepared for all this.
I just first you reduce the intake of excess calorie then go for excess physical exercise. AND BY THE WAY DO NOT EXPECT MIRACLE IN WEEKS. It may take months before the weighing machine gives you a digit to smile.

My TSH level is 9.900, what problems i have to face in future and how can i cure it ?

You are suffering from hypothyroidism, a condition in which the thyroid gland does not make enough thyroid hormones.
So you need to take pills in measured dose to make it normal.
For that you've to consult an endrocrinologist or internist.

When any part of the endocrine system goes on the blitz and doesn't function properly, there is NO cure, only control! And for control we must take the necessary pills! Thyroid problems require pills only, they do not have any injections, I think. No I am not a thyroid patient. I am a diabetic patient on pills and injections!

If the first oral meds the doctor puts you on doesn't help in about a month, he should change the med!! There are a lot of them and the reason for that is no one is alike in treatment in any endocrine malfunction!! We are all different so it takes a lot of different values to get these medications so they work for us.

My Nose is Blocked...?

All the time my nose is blocked i already use otrivin nasal spray but i need permanent solution please anyone tell me anyone what should i do..

I used to have that issue all my life since I was born with Rhinitis, get some Vicks, put it in hot water, put your head over the water, A towel over your head and breathing in from your nose. After put a little vicks in your nose. Warning you now the runny nose sucks after. I don't know why I don't have that problem anymore, I tried otrivin too and it just made it worse. Like I said try that.

i know it feels horrable but if you sniff water up it should sometimes clear it or if you dont feel comfortable doing that then just keep blowing your nose and it should help :)

take a shower... drink hot soup, hot tea, ..... push your tongue to the roof of your mouth. now press the heel of your hand bwteen your eyebrows. repeat. this loosens the vomer bone of your skull and lets the fluid drain out of the sinus. I read it online, it helps a little bit youre welcome (:

Do a nasal rinse. You can buy the stuff at any drugstore. Or maybe see a doctor, you could have polyps that need to be taken out.

I am updating this daily like the newspaper. Find the solutions for your problems if u hv any. LIVE HEALTHY AND LEAVE OBESITY, HEART PROBLEMS N SO ON......

 I am allergic to dust and pollen, pollen more or less, and when it is pollen season, my nose will get stuffy for 3+ months, causing me to blow my nose to the point where I feel like screaming. Sometimes like today, I will have sneezing and runny nose for the entire day, annoying my classmates, family, and me. I squeeze a bottle of this yellow solution compound that goes up both nostrils, and it comes out immediately which is supposed to clean the infections off. Well, it doesn't work. Don't even get me started on antihistamine pills. I took a 24hour Zyrtec this morning, and it didn't stop my sneezing, runny nose, or stuffy nose.

So I come to the point almost, I want to either get allergy shorts for both pollen and dust if there are any, or I take surgery to remove my adenoids, which my ENT told me was enlarged and I looked up the symptoms and stuff it does, and I have it all. I would much rather take surgery, but why not take both.

Hey i totally kno how u feel!! I started takin allergy shots bc of my allergies and it helped, im not doing them now (i hav asthma and had a reaction w/ the shot which is rare..) but i dnt hav bad allergies anymore like i used to!!! But rlly its up to u
(My allergies wwere pollen, trees, grass, etc)!!!!

My own experience

My husband has triglyceride level of 370 at age 31 what is a reason and how to control it being vegetarian?

Triglyceride levels are also reduced by exercise and by consuming omega-3 fatty acids from fish, flax seed oil, and other sources. High triglyceride level in the blood is a risk factor for pancreatitis.
High triglyceride levels may be due to:--
* Cirrhosis
* Diet low in protein and high in carbohydrates
* Familial hyperlipoproteinemia (rare)
* Hypothyroidism
* Nephrotic syndrome
* Pancreatitis
* Poorly controlled diabetes
Avoid alcohol consumption.

     stop eating rice and fruits and sweets . take vitamin tablets to make up for lack of fruits . increase duration and intensity of exercise.......recheck triglycerides after 2 mths . if no improvement start tablet lipicard 160 mg once after dinner daily. the content of lipicard is the drug fenofibrate . if u experience muscle pains or jaundice and vomiting......stop the medicine

I found these searching "Vegetarian Trigycerides"

What is enlarged left atrium ?

 Aside from aging itself, obesity appears to be the most powerful predictor of left atrial enlargement (LAE), upping one's risk of atrial fibrillation (the most common type of arrhythmia), stroke and death, according to findings published in the November 17, 2009, issue of the Journal of the American College of Cardiology.

The left atrium is the chamber of the heart that receives oxygenated blood from the lungs. The heart pumps blood from the left atrium, through the mitral valve, into the left ventricle and out to the body. Any condition that increases pressure in this portion of the system can lead to enlargement of the left atrium. These conditions may include hypertension, valve problems, heart failure or atrial fibrillation.
