How to avoid/ cure acidity?

A regular practice of yoga will avoid/cure acidity. Following yoga program is recommended: Thunderbolt Pose (Vajrasana), Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskara), Cycling (Pada Sanchalanasana), Leg Lock Pose (Supta Pawanmuktasana), Sleeping Abdominal Stretch Pose (Supta Udarakarshanasana), Boat Pose (Naukasana), Vitality Stimulating Breath (Surya Bheda Pranayama) and Frontal Brain Cleansing Breath (Kapalbhati Pranayama).

Here are some tips to avoid acidity:
1) Eat small and frequent meals.
2) Have your meal on time.
3) Do not skip your meal at all.
4) Have buttermilk daily.
5) Drink glass of milk every day.
6) Include cucumber, watermelon, coconut water, carrot juice to your diet it helps to cure acidity problem.
