when i was 18 yrs old i was 5'7 but i tried the following things which helped me gainin 3.5-4 inches (though my parents and grandparents are short)
home remedies for height gain:
1. drink carrot juice mixed with tomatoes and beet root every day and see MIRACULOUS results
2. stretching and lenghtenin exercises are MUST.
Exercise regularly, focusing on your lower back,stomach,thigh,below knee and "NECK"area.Strengthening these areas of the body helps stretch your vertebral column,legs and neck.
3.Play basketball/volleyball/swimming(45 min a day will be sufficient)
4.Increase calcium,Vitamin k,proteins in your diet. Eat leafy greens like spinach, broccoli, asparagus,eggs,banana,milk etc.Avoid junk food.
5.Correct posture is necessary.Walk/sit with correct posture.Take help of yoga to correct your posture.Wrong posture leads to bending of backbone which inturn decreases your height by about 1 inches.
