What can i do for my leg pain ?

if i walk too much means i got a foot pain its too irritating .... so i would like to known how can i solve it... if you known any asanas please help me...

You should have to consult a doctor. It is obvious some time because you have not practice about walking daily and due to that if you walked sometime more then your muscles of leg stretched and create pain. But it goes within 2-3 days.

See first follow all home remedies treatment then join a yoga class as it will help you in reducing pain.If after taking precaution & yoga it still remains the same the I would suggest you to go & see a doctor.
