What is the solution for Acidity, anxiety, stomach ulcer

I am 24 years old and i had acidity problem 2 months back. i showed it to the doctor and after taking medicine for 15 days which was pan HO and domstol and vibect ds...i ws fine for a month or so bt thn my stomach started troubling me..though it was less severe thn before..it ws still troubling...i always kept having too many spicy burps evn whn i avoided acidic foods..little bit of stomach burn was there and burning in my anus sometimes when i get fresh in the morning..though there was no heartburn and stomach pain and the burning in stomach too was very little.

the doctor thn told me to get endoscopy done for may b i have an ulcer and gave me omeprazole and domstol and sucrafil o gel...i hv been taking that medicine for 7 days now and my stomach feels fine but i started having this weird pumping and needle pain in diff parts of my body...its mostly in the back side of my left palm or the right one and my lower left hip....otherwise its just random...it happens and vanishes again and again.....i havent got endoscopy done coz i read the symptoms of ulcer and i didnt have any....so is the medicine affecting me? like is this the side effects of omeprazole? i avoided the medicine today and agn my stomach is giving me the little trouble i had.

these pain occur due to anxiety too i read in the net..i do have a little anxiety problem but that is since last 4 yrs...nothing happened till now..why this all of a sudden? PLEASE HELP WHAT DO I DO...M VERY CONFUSED...AND THIS PAIN IS VERY IRRITATING.

There is nothing to worry and yes anxiety is the reason for many diseases so be normal and do not worry too much.anxiety can cause many diseases.
if you worry too much then you may have other big problem and can take you to coma.

i dont think you have ulcer because it causes nausea and vomiting and along with that you will have blackish stool due to blood present in it and this will lead you to anemia. You will feel so weak that you will not be able to do any kind of work.
you may have gastric problem and the medicine that your doctor gave you will take lots of time to cure you because problems of gastric generally takes lots of time.
try to avoid long food gaps and keeps on eating something every 1 hours.

Drink cold milk, take milk out from your refrigerator and have 1 full glass of cold milk. try this for every 4 hours and i am sure you will be 100% fine.

visit your doctor and follow his directions and you will be fine like before.

How to overcome spinal cord problem?

That is not enough information.

"The spinal cord can be damaged in many ways, producing various symptom patterns, depending on the location, or level, of spinal cord damage. The spinal cord can be cut in an accident, compressed, destroyed by infection, damaged when its blood supply is cut off, or affected by diseases (such as spinal cord cysts, cervical spondylosis, or multiple sclerosis) that alter its nerve function."

What can i do for my leg pain ?

if i walk too much means i got a foot pain its too irritating .... so i would like to known how can i solve it... if you known any asanas please help me...

You should have to consult a doctor. It is obvious some time because you have not practice about walking daily and due to that if you walked sometime more then your muscles of leg stretched and create pain. But it goes within 2-3 days.

See first follow all home remedies treatment then join a yoga class as it will help you in reducing pain.If after taking precaution & yoga it still remains the same the I would suggest you to go & see a doctor.

Stomach noises I hear?

At night I can ear and feel kinda my stomach like gurgaling. Like noises. It feels rumbly. And I dont feel bad or anything. It's happens a lOt though(at night). Is it just like digesting from dinner?

Digestion, or hunger. Dont worry.

Yeah, I get that too if I eat something pretty heavy or something with lots of butter. If it's happening when I'm in bed, I just fall asleep and it's better by morning.

It just means youre hungry. Mine gurgles all the time so I know how it is.

Is it possible to get rid from "varicose vein" by removing the pus from veins.?

In the disease "varicose veins " ..
if anyhow we remove the pus from veins .
is it possible to get rid from this disease..

It's not a disease.
There is no pus.

The veins you speak of are ones that are close to the surface of ones skin.

They do not contain infection and do contain the transfer of blood.

The varicose veins may cause pain and if you have them in your legs and the legs become swollen see a doctor immediately.

Please see my sources. They are excellent sources and very important to understand the problems and how they can be treated.

At times and if you have pain surgery is an option to remove the pain. Swelling is an indicator of circulation problems so please see your doctor immediately.

Source(s):

a varicose vein occurs when the pressure inside a vein is too great and the vein bulges and swells and might also twist. there is no pus in a varicose vein. some remedies to a varicose vein is to move the area they are occurring. for example, if you have a varicose vein in your leg, be sure to use your leg muscles a lot.
hope this helps

Varicose veins are not a disease. They contain blood, not pus. You cannot remove them yourself, only surgery can do that.

You can help alleviate the problem by losing weight (if you are overweight to start with).

Start by consulting your doctor for advice on having them removed.

Beautiful new website for youngsters. you can do anything on this website.Just think and you have it.
Much more on.

By Knowledge. Loads of it. Read, read and read all you can all about the topics you are wondering about or is bothering you about and find out how 'you' can change. Keep this to yourself or even start writing/typing in a journal/diary. The other thing all humans need is to TALK to someone. Talking is a form of Exercise. If we don't talk, the mind would start hurting. If there is no one you want to talk to, start by reading anything you are interested in 'outloud', not loudly, but read out loud a chapter everyday or every-other day. The other thing is you have-to forget all about the past. The past is what holds us back and messes with the emotions. Daily brisk walking even on a gloomy day as frequently as possible can ward off any negative emotions you may be experiencing. Pick-up a religion, don't convert to one yet, but read one, if that doesn't work, try another one. Sometimes, I like reading books in Buddhism. Their knowlege are interesting, and you can get free literature, with a small cash donation. Oh, and the other way to balance your emotion is Diet/Exercise/Proper Sleep/and if you need to release your emotions. If you need to cry, you should do it (privately.) If you have anger, punch a punching bag more than once. if you need to yell, blast music 'on' somewhere like your home and yell it out (make sure no one hears you-it can be dangerous.), if you need to kick, kick a soccer ball on an opened field where there is no one and release what's bothering you into the ball.

How can i overcome this depression. Need some help n support friends ?

So i had break wid my bf. I m 20 yrs old. He end up playing wid my feelings as he did not wanted any relation any more. He only wanted friendship. Now that i m in a huge depression from one month and dont feel like i could ever overcome or forget the feelings i have for him. how can i come out of depression?

Meditation is a proven technique which provides relief from depression/stress/anxiety/sadness and produce happiness. Meditation can be tried as a natural way to overcome depression and to also increase mental strength to face the problems of day to day life.I would recommend you to try mindfulness of breathing meditation and loving kindness meditation techniques. Going on a meditation retreat would help to a great extent. Having been a meditator for the past 4 years I can swear by the results of meditation.

Oh kanchan so sad. Ur not depressed u just having a problem in memorie. If bf comes back in ur life what u do wait for him he realise that u only better. Do u wan a contact me just go to facebook r google search type lonewolfchethu@facebook.com be happy

nobody can help you in this but YOU. You'll have to change yourself. You can start with changing your lifestyle. I have been through this phase (may be still I'm)..
You gotta go out there and make new friends. Live life to the fullest, party harder (I have done that everyday). Live if there is no tomorrow. Don't forget, there are many who care for you (including me).
BTW I'm still single.. (Love happens only once)

What happens when you eat some strong medicine, say antibiotic tablet empty stomach?

Unless the pharmacist has instructed otherwise, take the antibiotic with food or a glass of milk. Some antibiotics can cause stomach upset if taken on an empty stomach.

You may want to eat something smal if you don't feel like eating. Even if it's a piece of bread. I have taken an antibiotic by it self and was fine the first time but the next one I had to take I still hadn't eaten and good really sick to my stomach making me throw up

I am 52 and an indian. iused to sit crosslegged for puja's and meditations earlier but now i am unable to sit?

why am i not able to sit cross legged for more than 2 or 3 minutes. i am a very active person. Is it the effect of menopause?

it indicates that u r developing osteo-artheritis, in this the ligaments of joints becomes stiff.

Source(s):

doctor

You are getting older - the joints start to get stiffer as you get older. Just sit normally on a chair , you'll be fine.

The question is incomplete. What happens after 2/3 minutes?Pain in knee or waist or spinal cord?No concern with menopause.could just be an age thing. it would hurt lots of older women to sit like that for ages.
maybe get a doctor to check you out

You consult a doctor for blood pressure.  I personally had leg paid before the BP starts.

What happens when an ovarian cyst ruptures?

When an ovarian cyst ruptures, can it cause more harm to your eggs? Will it decrease chances of pregnancy even more?

Ruptured ovarian cysts, as any woman who has had one will tell you, can be incredibly painful. Many women have ovarian cysts without even knowing it, and often they just disappear themselves. But sometimes they continue to grow, and if left untreated, the walls of the cyst will get thinner, and eventually it may burst, or rupture.

It is unusual for the pain experienced from a ruptured ovarian cyst to be the first symptom a woman feels. Because the cyst is typically quite large before it ruptures, it usually causes a good deal of discomfort and pain.

Typical symptoms include:

- abdominal pain, particularly during the menstrual period
- irregular menstrual cycles
- feeling the need to urinate frequently (as the large cyst puts pressure on the bladder)
- sometimes difficulty urinating
- feeling of pressure or heaviness in the stomach

The symptoms of a ruptured ovarian cyst are very similar, but usually the pain is much more intense. It also usually comes very suddenly – a cyst rupturing is like a water balloon bursting, so the pain is sharp and sudden. Thankfully, the severe pain is usually quite short lived (typically ebbing within 24 hours), and the pressure is relieved from the ‘balloon’ on your ovary.

Mostly, after the rupture the ovary will heal itself, and there will be no further complications. But this is not always the case. The ovary can get infected, which if left untreated can have serious implications for your health and your ability to conceive.

Sometimes, the rupture can cause the ovary to twist, restricting blood flow and causing severe pain. The wound may be slow to heal, so increasing the chance of scar tissue forming. Again, this can affect fertility.

If you think your cyst might have ruptured, you should get medical attention right away. At the very least, you will probably need strong painkillers. If the intense pain does not subside after 24 hours, it is likely that the ovary has twisted or infection has set in. In this case, it is absolutely essential to get expert medical help.

Once the cyst has ruptured, it is gone. If you only had one cyst, the problems it caused prior to the rupture should end. However, it is unfortunately quite likely that the cyst will come back again. Unless you do something to change them, the underlying problems which caused the cyst are still present.

The natural holistic approach to treating and preventing ovarian cysts addresses these underlying causes. By getting your internal balance right, particularly through altering your diet and metabolism, you can get rid of your ovarian cysts for good – without drugs or surgery.
Good luck

WEIGHT LOSS advice very urgent!?

Ok so i didnt know that i have to join this awesome university in 2 months! But i have to now since i got an accept letter :O

But i am very over weight and i DONT like it at all.

I am 166cms in height. My weight is 94 KGs :( My age is 22.

2 months. I need some MASSIVE difference!

Tips please. !!!!!! How much can i lose at the most ?? And wat shud be my diet/workout- i am a veggie and i dont take egg aswell.

and dont be rude guys... just HELP please!

1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Start your day with a glass of water. A
3. Drink a glass of water before you start the meal.
4. Have another glass of water while you are having the meal.

5. Stay away from sweetened bottle drinks, especially sodas. Hey all those colas and fizzy drinks are sweetened with sugar and sugar means calories. The more you can cut out on these sweetened bottle drinks, the better for you. So if you must drink sodas, then stick to diet sodas.
6. Include in your diet things that contain more water like tomatoes and watermelons.T
7. Eat fresh fruit instead of drinking fruit juice. J
8. If you do have a craving for fruit juice then go for fresh fruit juice instead of these that contain artificial flavors and colors.
9. Choose fresh fruit to processed fruits.
10. Increase your fiber intake. Like I mentioned, the body needs a lot of fiber. So try to include in your diet as many fruits and vegetables as you can.
11. Go crazy on vegetables. Vegetables are your best bet when it comes to how to lose weight fast. Nature has a terrific spread when it comes to choosing vegetables. And the leafy green vegetables are your best bet. Try to include a salad in you diet always.
12. Eat intelligently. The difference between man and beast is that we are driven by intelligence while beasts are driven by instinct. Don’t just eat something because you feel like eating it. Ask you’re self whether your body really needs it.
13. Watch what you eat. Keep a watchful eye on every thing that goes in. Sometimes the garnishes can richer than the food itself. Accompaniments too can be very rich. Remember that it is the easiest thing in the world to eat something without realizing that it was something that you should not have eaten. Selective memory you know’
14. Control that sweet tooth. Remember that sweet things generally mean more calories.
15. Fix times to have meals and stick to it. Try to have food at fixed times of the day.
16. Eat only when you are hungry. Bonus how to lose weight fast tip here–> (make sure you are not just thirsty!)
17. Quit snacking in between meals.Do not fall for snacks in between meals
18. Snack on vegetables if you must. You might get the pangs of hunger in between meals. It is something that you can very well control.
19. Go easy on tea and coffee. Tea and coffee are harmlessby themselves.
20. Try to stick to black tea/coffee.Black tea or coffee can actually be good for you.
21. Count the calories as you eat. To lose weight fast it’s a good idea to have an idea of the calories that most food items have.
22. be sure to burn out those extra calories by the end of the week.
23. Stay away from fried things. Fried things are an absolute no-no.
24. Do not skip meals. The worst thing you can do while watching you diet is skip a meal.
25. Fresh vegetables are better than cooked or canned vegetables. Try to eat your vegetables raw. When you cook them, you are in fact taking away nearly half the vitamins in them.
26. Nothing more than an egg a day. Eggs are not such a bright idea. It would be best to reduce your intake of eggs to maybe three in a week.
27. Make chocolates a luxury and not a routine. Chocolates are not or at least they should not be a part of your diet.
28. Choose a variety of foods from all food groups every day. This is a fine way of keeping deficiency diseases at bay.
29. If you can say no to alcoholic beverages please do. Alcoholic beverages too are not good for you.
30. Try to have breakfast within one hour of waking. The first critical part of the day in how to lose weight fast is you have to start your metabolism early. I
31. 50 to 55% of your diet should be carbohydrates. It is a myth that you should try and avoid carbohydrates when you are on a diet.
32. 25 to 30% of your diet should be proteins. When people are asking me how to lose weight fast I always get them to look at their protein intake.
33. Fats should only be 15 to 20 %. You need only this much of fat in your diet so keep it at that.
34. Try and adopt a more vegetarian diet. A vegetarian diet is undoubtedly better for those of us watching our diet.
35. Choose white meat rather than red.
36. High Fiber multigrain breads are better than white breads.
37. Reduce your intake of pork.

1. You Should exercise daily for at least 2 hours, you can divide it as 1 hour morning and 1 hour evening.

2. You should keep track of your calories intake, as you are 94 kg and 166cm and want to lose weight then you should take near about 1600 to 1800 calorie per day.

3. You should reduce fat food materials from your diet.

4. You should eat fruits and have fruit juice instead having any snacks.

5. Continue this procedure you will see massive difference.

Sensible diet and proper exercise are the only solution to manage over-weight and obesity. One of the tenets of yoga is ‘Mitahara’, which means sensible diet and also that one should fill half the stomach with food, one quarter with water and the fourth quarter should be reserved for the movement of the air. The yogic asanas which are effective for managing over-weight are Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskara), Leg Rotation (Padachakrasana), Churning the Mill (Chakki Chalanasana), Rowing the Boat (Nauka Sanchalanasana), etc.

Diet during pregnancy?

What diet should be maintained during pregnancy?

Pregnant mothers always wonder that what they should eat & what not. Some says a mother should take the diet of two people because she needs to take care of one more life. But is it true, if yes what they should eat & if not how the baby will get proper diet to grow as a healthy child. When you will consult with a doctor they will say a pregnant mother must take a balanced diet. So that mother & child both gets a proper nutrition for their body. Basically Balanced diet must contain some or other thing from the entire food group. Not only this but balanced diet also meant to keep track on the proper quantity, quality & reaction or allergy of any food on mother.

Following tips will help you and your baby stay healthy.

As it has been strictly prescribed by doctors that intake of Vitamin A must be controlled because it may cause damage to embryo.

Cabbage, Cauli-flower & all long green vegetables such as Tondali, Turai, Louki, Parwal, Spinach, Govari should be used alternately. You must keep balance, rather than eating same vegetable all the time.
Reduce brinjal, suran/yam, papaya, celery, onion, chilli, garlic, ginger, pepper, asfoetida, mustard, bajara, carom seeds, jaggery from your diet. You must remember that those who have previous history of abortion better they must avoid these.

Those who suffer from constipation, gas, bloating must avoid peas and other `heavy to digest' cereals, potato. They must take green gram as it is easy to digest and gives protein.
Black grapes, banana, ripe mango, dates, cashewnuts, apricot are very beneficial.
Butter, clarified butter, milk, honey, fennel seeds, sweets made from jaggery rather than white sugar can be taken in small quantity.

Rice, Murmure, pulao, Bhakari, Khichri, Chapati, Paratha, Gujarati thepla are the items made from wheat and rice, so they are quite beneficial.
Items such as sandwich, bakery bread, bun, dhokla, pizza, handva, pancake, khaman, steamed rice cake, curd, tomato, tamarind, kadhi usually increase the swellings and acidity. So, try to avoid such item but if such problems do not exist, you can take in small quantity.

Indian women try to carry out fasts during pregnancy which is not good for health.
Do not eat left over, frozen & deep-frozen food.
Avoid cold drinks, mutton, cocoa, chicken, eggs, alcohol, smoking, tobacco, betel nut, pan-masala but tea, coffee & ice-creams can be taken in small quantity.
Remember, the baby inside depends on you for proper nutrition. So, if you will take healthy & balanced diet your child will become healthy.
During pregnancy, mother must focus on supplemental nutrients while maintaining a balanced and nutritious diet. They must get a list of healthy Indian foods and meal planning tips from doctor to eat well during a pregnancy.

Indian women must maintain a high quality diet during their pregnancy to get a healthy, fit & fine baby. Now start following your diet chart to become a healthy mom.
Have nice pregnancy and delivery
God bless you and Good luck
Now that you're a mum-to-be, you need to eat well. If your diet is poor to begin with, it is even more important to make sure you have a healthy diet now. You need more vitamins and minerals, especially folic acid and iron. You need a few more calories during your pregnancy as well. Getting your diet right for pregnancy is more about what you eat than about how much. Limit junk food, as it has lots of calories with few or no nutrients.

Eat a variety of foods from these different food groups each day: • Milk and dairy products: skimmed milk, yogurt, buttermilk, paneer. These foods are high in calcium, protein and Vitamin B-12. Talk to your doctor about what to eat if you are lactose intollerant.

    • Cereals, whole grains, daals, pulses and nuts : these are good sources of protein if you do not eat meat. Vegetarians need about 45 grams of nuts and 2/3 of a cup of legumes for protein each day. One egg, 14 grams of nuts, or ¼ cup of legumes is considered equivalent to roughly 28 grams of meat, poultry, or fish.

•Vegetables and fruits: these provide vitamins, minerals and fibre.

•Meat, fish and poultry: these provide concentrated proteins.

•Fluids: Drink lots of fluids, especially water and fresh fruit juices. Make sure you drink clean, filtered water. Carry your own water when out of the house, or buy bottled water from a reputed brand. Most diseases are caused by waterborne viruses. Go easy on packaged juices as they have a very high sugar content.

    • Fats and oils : Ghee, butter, coconut milk and oil are high in saturated fats, which are not very healthy. Vanaspati and Dalda are both high in trans fats, which are as bad for you as saturated fats. A better source of fat is vegetable oils because these contain more unsaturated fat.

Good nutrition during pregnancy, and enough of it, is very important for your baby to grow and develop. You should consume about 300 more calories per day than you did before you became pregnant.
Although nausea and vomiting during the first few months of pregnancy can make this difficult, try to eat a well balanced diet and take prenatal vitamins. Here are some recommendations to keep you and your baby healthy.

Eating When Pregnant :

Eat a variety of foods to get all the nutrients you need. Recommended daily servings include 6-11 servings of breads and grains, two to four serving sof fruit, four or more servings of vegetables, fours ervings of dairy products, and three servings of protein sources (meat, poultry, fish, eggs or nuts). Use fats and sweets sparingly.

Choose foods high in fiber that are enriched such as whole-grain breads, cereals, pasta, rice, fruits, and vegetables.

Make sure you are getting enough vitamins and minerals in your daily diet while pregnant. You shoul dtake a prenatal vitamin supplement to make sure you are consistently getting enough vitamins and minerals every day. Your doctor can recommend an over-the-counter brand or prescribe a prenatal vitamin for you.
Eat and drink at least four servings of dairy products and calcium-rich foods a day to help ensure that you are getting 1000-1300mg of calcium in your daily diet during pregnancy.

Eat at least three servings of iron-rich foods per day to ensure you are getting 27 mg of iron daily.
Choose at least one good source of vitamin C every day, such as oranges, grapefruits, strawberries, honeydew, papaya, broccoli, cauliflower, Brussel sprouts, green peppers, tomatoes, and mustard greens. Pregnant women need 70 mg of vitamin C a day.

Choose at least one good source of folic acid every day, like dark green leafy vegetables, veal, and legumes (lima beans, black beans, black-eyed peas andchickpeas). Every pregnant woman needs at least 0.4 mg of folic acid per day to help prevent neural tube defects such as spina bifida.
Choose at least one sourceof vitamin A every other day. Sources of vitamin A include carrots, pumpkins, sweet potatoes, spinach, water squash, turnip greens, beet greens, apricots, and cantaloupe. Know that excessive vitamin A intake (>10,000 IU/day) may be associated with fetal malformations.
