and exercises then please elaborate which ones...
and tell me some natural ways to increse height also!
and if required i have a medium built.
I am swimming from past 3 months, my wasteline has reduced from 36 to 30, But I am a boy, 5'11", 20 yrs, I think even u should start swimming
There is no point doing exercise as u r not ready to go to gym, at home u will not do more then 2 days, so better swim and drink lots of water in a day but with many intervals, do not drink one whole glass at a time, keep bottle in front of your eye and drink 2-3 sips at max, it really works

When I was your age I ran a lot and also swam quite a bit. I also took a lot of calcium and vitamin d pills. This helps with menstrual cramps and also bloating. Not to mention, it's great for your bones and has also been proven to help you lose weight. Calcium paired with Vitamin D is a must! You're still growing and I promise if you keep on working out, you'll look great in your early 20's. Remember that you're still growing. You stop growing at 25.

Trying to lose stubborn belly fat can be difficult, but it's not impossible. Shedding the excess fat will require a reduction in calories, an increase in physical activity and an overall commitment to a healthy diet. Unfortunately, you can't eat foods that magically make your belly fat disappear. However, you can build your diet around certain foods to limit your fat intake and make weight loss easier.
Broccoli
High in vitamins and phytochemicals, broccoli stands as one of the healthiest foods you can eat. As an added bonus, broccoli contains fewer calories than the body burns during its digestion, making it a perfect vegetable for those looking to lose weight and shed unwanted belly fat.
Long regarded as a healthy breakfast, grapefruit may even help reduce belly fat due to its high levels of vitamin C and soluble fiber called pectin, which helps regulate insulin. Pectin aids in preventing the insulin spikes that can trigger fat production. Along with grapefruit, melons may also help reduce belly fat, with their potassium content helping regulate sodium levels and reduce tissue swelling.
Green Tea
Packed with healthy antioxidants, green tea contains catechins, a flavonoid phytochemical that reduces the desire for fat-inducing carbohydrates and contributes to helping the body burn calories. Drinking green tea throughout the day may help keep your appetite under control and aid with overall weight loss.
Monounsaturated Fat
The body needs fat. So even if you're trying to lose inches from your belly, it's important to keep healthy monounsaturated fats in your diet. Get your fat from almonds, avocados and olive oil, all exceptional sources of monounsaturated fat. You'll also want to avoid foods high in saturated fats, as they contribute directly to excess body fat.
Whole Grains
White flour and enriched carbs can pack on the pounds, particularly around the belly. Instead, eating whole grains can actually help reduce belly fat. A Pennsylvania State University study found subjects who consumed whole grains lost more weight, experienced a greater reduction in waist circumference and shed a larger percentage of belly fat than those subjects who ate refined grains.
Yogurt
A staple of many diet plans, yogurt provides protein along with plenty of calcium, which may play a role in aiding weight loss. A study conducted at the University of Tennessee discovered that subjects who consumed 1.1 mg of calcium per day, including three servings of light yogurt, lost 61 percent more body fat than subjects who merely reduced their caloric intake.
